In keeping with St. Louis Marie de Montfort's teachings in "True Devotion To Mary," he recommends devout individuals recite the Little Crown of the Blessed Virgin each day. This prayer, rooted in Holy Scripture, consists of three Our Fathers and twelve Hail Marys, honoring the twelve glorious privileges of Mary. Scripturally, St. John witnessed a vision of a woman adorned with twelve stars, shining with the sun, and standing upon the moon—an image widely interpreted as symbolizing the Blessed Virgin according to biblical scholars.

Nevertheless, for those seeking a simple method, here is one suggestion: Begin with an introduction acknowledging the holiness of the Virgin and asking for strength against adversaries, followed by reciting the Creed. Subsequently, repeat the following sequence three times: one Our Father, four Hail Marys, and one Glory be to the Father. Conclude by reciting the prayer "Sub tuum - We fly to thy patronage."
