Nevertheless, for those seeking a simple method, here is one suggestion: Begin with an introduction acknowledging the holiness of the Virgin and asking for strength against adversaries, followed by reciting the Creed. Subsequently, repeat the following sequence three times: one Our Father, four Hail Marys, and one Glory be to the Father. Conclude by reciting the prayer "Sub tuum - We fly to thy patronage."
